By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
The Platform is operated by the Platform Administrator, acting as the data controller under applicable international data protection laws. At the current stage, the legal entity information of the Platform Administrator will be fully disclosed and updated upon formal registration in the applicable jurisdiction.
This Policy applies to all users of the Platform regardless of location, except for residents of restricted jurisdictions as defined in the User Agreement. The Platform does not knowingly collect data from individuals located in jurisdictions where its services are prohibited.
